“Xətai rayon İcra Hakimiyyətinin baş memarı məni intihara sürükləyir” - QARABAĞ QAZİSİNDƏN “İNTİHAR ANONSU”

Birinci Qarabağ Müharibəsinin qazisi Ağayev Teymur İmran oğlu tərəfindən Hurriyyet.az-ın redaksiyasına şikayət məktubu daxil olub. Şikayətçi iddia edir ki, 2000-ci ildə Xətai rayon rəhbərliyi tərəfindən ev tikmək məqsədilə ona ayrılan torpaq sahəsini hazırda rəsmi şəxslər ələ keçirməyə çalışırlar:

“Mən birinci qrup Qarabağ Qazisiyəm. Xətai rayon İcra Hakimiyyətinin baş memarı məni intihara sürükləyir.

Belə ki, 14.09.2000-ci il tarixdə, 271 saylı sərəncamla fərdi ev tikintisi üçün mənə üç sot torpaq sahəsi ayrılıb. Yaşayış yerim yoxdur, həmin ərazidə fərdi yaşayış evi tikmək istəyirəm. Lakin memar mənə ayrılan torpaq sahəsinə göz dikib və yerləşmə cizgisini təsdiq etməkdən imtina edir.

Mən Ağayev Teymur İmran oğlu, intihar etməyə məcburam. “Bomj” kimi yaşamaq Qarabağ Qazisinə yaraşmır.
